We are a specialist Art Licensing Company whose aim is to build Art Brands in the marketplace.

We are therefore particularly interested in fine artists, photographers and creative people who have existing collections of work that can form the basis of an Art Licensing Program. Our job is to find publishers and manufactures (licensees) to take licenses to manufacture products and to sell them in retail outlets throughout the US, Canada and other countries in the world.

Artists must be aware of the Home Décor market in terms of trends, colors and subject matter. Most artists fail in this regard as they do not understand how the print and poster market is essentially driven by the Home Décor market, as much of the product is sold through retail outlets such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Ikea, Linens and Things, Crate and Barrel etc as well as through furniture stores and gallery outlets. Home décor accessories is now big business; trays, coasters, rugs, cushions, bed linens, kitchen accessories, ceramics and even furniture are all potential products which can be coordinated with sets of framed prints, making a successful license into a major art brand.

Cheri Blum, Susan Sargent and Debbie Mumm all have highly successful licensing programs which are worth as much as $100 million at retail each year.

If you wish to submit a presentation this can be done as follows:
1) Email initially up to 8 low res jpgs (150k or under for each image)
2) A CD presentation of up to 50 images as medium res ie 1mb to 5 mb each
3) A well printed flyer(s) of images by mail.

Include a S.A.S.E. (stamped, self addressed envelope) with any submissions you would like returning. Submissions without a S.A.S.E. WILL NOT be returned. Artists accepted for representation will be given a three year agreement. All promotional expenses and inclusion in our website are covered by Out of the Blue unless otherwise agreed. Our commission rate is 50% of revenues generated.
